Template Emails

Some of you may have noticed a wizard icon has suddenly appeared beside the email address of your candidates and your contacts. Click on it and you will be prompted to choose a template, pick your template and then voila, a new email has been created for you from the template. We are excited about this as this will save you time on those emails that you send out all the time - such as a welcome email or a catch up email. Just click on the buttom, pick your template and Arithon has done the work for you. You can customise and add templates to your system by going to Admin -> Correspondence and adding/editing templates.
